A True 72-Hour Fasting Process
The entire program is designed to offer safety, guidance and a deep understanding of the body, within a very small group.
Guidance is available in Spanish, English and French.
Phase 1 · Online Preparation
(7–14 days before the retreat)
Medical consultation, review of medical tests if needed, and personalised preparation guidelines so that each participant arrives at the retreat in the right conditions.
Phase 2 · In-Person Retreat (48 hours)
Friday afternoon → Sunday afternoon
During the retreat the fasting process begins, with medical supervision and body-focused support.
The program includes:

Phase 3 · Final 24 Hours of the Fast

Many participants complete the last 24 hours at home, carrying out the re-feeding phase in a guided and progressive way, following the instructions of the medical team.
Option 2 · Completing the full 72 hours at the Hospedería
Participants who prefer — especially those travelling from other cities or countries — may stay at the Hospedería and complete the full fasting process here, in a calm and supportive environment.
This option allows the breaking of the fast to take place with care and tranquillity before returning home.
Phase 4 · Post-Retreat Follow-Up (30 days)
After the retreat, participants receive 30 days of online follow-up, including individual and group sessions designed to:
