The Essential Experience (3 nights / 4 days) is designed for international travellers who want a complete retreat experience in a shorter stay, without sacrificing depth or quality.

This format includes all the core elements of our International Wellness Retreat: yoga, meditation, nature immersion, authentic Andalusian culture and deep relaxation, carefully curated so you can simply arrive and slow down.
